Classes
Our trampoline aerobics classes have become very popular very fast! To ensure that everyone has the very best experience possible, we have added new classes and will cap each class at 20 participants. In order to guarantee a place in the class, please call ahead (845-268-4000) to reserve a spot and check availability.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the class time to sign in and store your clothes and shoes. It will save time to download, print and sign a waiver and bring it with you to class. If you have already signed a Bounce! waiver there is no need to sign another one. We keep it on file for one year. The classes are 45 minute long and teens are welcome.
Mondays: 6:00 pm – 6:45 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00 pm – 7:45 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am – 10:15 am
